Half regular installation times and reduce rig costs and delays
The innovative Zenith Bypass Saddle™ dramatically simplifies the way bypass tubing is assembled on the rig floor, cutting installation times by up to 50% compared with conventional systems. The Saddle, in conjunction with Zenith bypass clamps, enables the entire Bypass assembly and ESP to be assembled in one operation, removing the timely requirement of accurate space out of bypass tubing to match ESP lengths. Risk of dropped bypass tubing and danger of slippage are also eliminated using the patented Saddle assembly.

Prevents damage to ESP equipment
Temperature changes can result in different expansion rates of ESP and bypass tubing leading to damaged (bent) motors and broken clamps, hence a reduced ESP runlife. The Zenith Bypass Saddle allows for different expansion rates by allowing the bypass tubing to move unrestricted, preventing unnecessary pump damage.
Easy access below your ESP
The ESP Bypass system’s Y-tool offsets the ESP in the well bore to allow straight line access through the bypass tubing for logging or other operations below the ESP pumping system. The Y-tool and other critical bypass components are supplied as a fully torqued sub-assembly which is internally pressure tested with a system blanking plug set in the swivel nipple — the blanking plug prevents recirculation of fluid around the bypass when the ESP is pumping.
Components are hand-picked in order to configure a bypass assembly that meets your exact specifications.
As an alternative to the Y-tool with blanking plug, the Zenith Auto Isolation Valve automatically closes when the pump initiates using a piston activated by the ESP pump surge. Instantaneous closing of the valve ensures that the well return bypasses the ESP system therefore prolonging the lifespan of the system.
