Auto Flow Valves

 

Typically installed in wells produced by electrical submersible pump (ESP) in situations where the well has the ability of natural flow without artificial lift assistance, Zenith Auto Flow Valves facilitate significantly increased oil production by allowing continued flow to surface when the pump is switched off.

By rerouting flow around rather than through the non-operational ESP, thereby eliminating the associated restriction and providing pump protection, significantly increased oil production can be realised.

In addition, the Auto Flow Valve provides enhanced pump protection through sand diversion by preventing tubing solids descending into the pump on shut-down, defending against pump damage. 

The Auto Flow Valve solids management system automatically and immediately diverts sand and debris to the annulus when the ESP is switched off, preventing the back-flow of sand clogging of the ESP stages.
 

Permanent - AFV

 

The permanent AFV unlocks production from the well and prevents pump failure through solids management.

 

Fluid Loss Relief Valve

 

The Fluid Loss Relief Valve with pump-through capability is used for fluid loss applications and maintenance.

 

Wireline Retrievable - AFV

 

When a well is no longer free flowing the Wireline-Retrievable AFV can be retrieved with slickline.

 

PCP AFV

 

The PCP AFV is a tubing-mounted tool installed as part of a PCP completion to protect the pump from sand and debris.
