Zenith’s combination of industry experience and cutting-edge technology shows results where it matters most — on location. ![]()
Like our monitoring systems, Zenith completion systems have been developed using experience gained over many years in response to industry needs for high-quality, time-saving, reliable equipment. The systems include unique features which address problems inherent to similar equipment available elsewhere in order to:
- Provide maximum protection for your ESP assembly
- Simplify installation procedures with a resulting saving in rig time and costs
- Maximize efficiency and pump set run life
- ESP Bypass
- Auto Flow Valves (AFV)
- Dual ESP Completions
- Total Protection
The new-technology design of the Zenith ESP Bypass System with Saddle Assembly™ has simplified and revolutionised the way ESP bypass systems are installed, halving regular bypass installation times and significantly reducing rig costs and time-to-production delays.
Typically installed in wells produced by ESP in situations where the well can flow without assistance, Zenith Auto Flow Valves (AFV) facilitate significant production increases by allowing continued flow to surface when your pump is switched off. In addition, the valves enhance pump protection by preventing tubing solids descending into the pump on shut-down, defending against pump damage.
Production from wells with a single ESP can be limited by factors including the amount of horsepower attainable downhole, the maximum available ESP flow rate, high workover costs, casing corrosion considerations and limited control over production zones. Zenith specialise in engineering multiple ESP completions which overcome these constraints.
In addition to the benefits of the standard Zenith ESP Bypass system, inclusion of further unique technologies in our patented Total Protection Bypass system offers advanced protection for your ESP.
